Our couples come from all over the country to be married here in San Diego and planning your wedding from afar is even more stressful than a typical local wedding. But after our couples speak to Rev. Powers they are reassured, comforted and very excited to know that they will be working with such a fine person. Time after time I hear comments such as,” He is so Cool" or "I love him", "Can't wait to meet him" and "He has such a great sense of humor". We are very blessed to have him as our wedding minister!

I’m currently the Director of Food & Beverage at La Valencia Hotel in La Jolla and he’s by far our “Most Valuable Minister.” It’s been an honor knowing him for almost twenty years and 4000 ceremonies later, he hasn’t wavered one iota. Still as passionate and caring even dating back to his Balboa Park days. He deserves the entire accolade that’s written.
